At Low Tide Kids, we want you to love every items you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Clothing & Accessories - 30 Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges on all clothing and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, odors or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The follow items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Coffee Glasses
• Any other item specifically marked as "Final Sale" at checkout.

Return Process

To initiate return or exchange, please contact us at LowTideKids@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you with to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Be prepared to include photos of the issue for faster resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issues to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
